Warehouse Assistant in Carnforth - CV-Library

Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to work for a successful and growing organisation based in the Carnforth/Lancaster area.

Permanent/Full time

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm

Salary £26K per annum , plus year end bonus.

Reporting to Warehouse Manager

The role is very hands on, and responsible for:

Hand counting stock, using a calculator. There is no scanner, so you must be able to use maths during the stock count, a note pad, and you can print labels off using MS Word. The ideal candidate will also be computer saavy, and have experience with good in and goods out.

Site Health & Safety Procedures and local government guidelines are adhered to.

Ensure Health & Safety and HR training courses are up to date.

PPE and company uniform are provided and worn at all times

Maintain clean, pleasant and safe environment.

Stock Control

Accurate checking and labelling inbound loads with correct processing of relevant paperwork

FLT experience desired.
