Job Overview: As a Learning Mentor/Cover, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall well-being and development of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one and group mentoring to students, addressing academic and personal challenges.
Assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
Working with teachers and parents to create a supportive network for students.
Monitoring and tracking the progress of assigned students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
Contributing to the school's pastoral care initiatives and promoting a positive learning environment.Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and understanding of the diverse needs of students.
