General Manager in Glasgow - CV-Library

Are you looking for your next role managing an iconic, well established, bar, restaurant and event space in Glasgow city centre? This General Manager will have the opportunity to leave their mark on this truly unique venue and further cement its reputation within Glasgow.
You will use your prior hospitality management experience to effectively manage and motivate an enthusiastic team of 20 ~ 30 to be their best and enjoy their work. You should be able to roll your sleeves up and take a hands-on approach to management and always be looking for opportunities to support and coach staff.
If successful you will be working 45 hours per week across 5 days out of 7 (with a couple of weekends off a month), working no later than midnight (1am for an event) and play a critical role of the brands senior leadership team.
