JOB DETAILS:

Working on behalf of a local authority, JO Recruitment are looking for Private Sector Housing Officers on an ongoing basis. Hybrid position, caseload admin can be done from home or their offices plus carrying out property inspections under HHSRS. This will be on a long term ongoing basis, full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday paying £26.92 per hour PAYE; which is equivalent to £51,794 salary or £35 per hour through an umbrella company.

We are looking for Private Sector Housing officers on behalf of East Northamptonshire Council.

* Development of the Council’s Empty Property Strategy.

* Responsible for the production of the Council’s annual HECA report. Work in partnership with the private and voluntary sectors to encourage home owners to invest in energy efficiency measures.

* Assist in the development of the Council’s Private Sector Housing Strategy.

* Undertake assessments and visits in relation to energy efficiency grant work.

* carrying out property inspections under HHSRS
