Engineering Lecturer

Multi Site Position

£38,637.00 to £40,910.00

We are looking for an individual with suitable ability and background who feels they have the right skills and attributes to pass on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of engineers.

This position involves delivering a range of engineering subjects at Level 4 and Level 5 as part of the Engineering NC/HNC/HND programme the majority of which will be in Hull.

Subjects to be taught may include:
* Electrical/Mechanical Principles.
* Engineering Maths.
* Engineering Science.
* Engineering Design.
* Fluid Mechanics.
* CAD.
* Health & Safety.
* Organisational Efficiency & Improvements/Lean Manufacture.
* Professional Engineering Management.

There will also be a requirement to facilitate and assess engineering projects at L3 & L4 and research project work at Level 5.

Applicants must:

* Be degree qualified.
* Have at least five years relevant industry experience.
* Have excellent technical skills.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills.

A teaching qualification is desirable but full training would be given to the right applicant.

A full driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential as some travelling between sites may be necessary.
