Job Title: Asbestos Removals Contracts Manager.
Location: Gillingham, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £40k - £65k + Benefits + OTE

Our client is an established Asbestos Removal Contractor who provide turnkey solutions to Housing, Educational, and Commercial clients. They are now seeking to take on an experienced and knowledgeable Asbestos Removals Contracts Manager. You will be working across the South East managing various projects ensuring to maintain the companies high standards. This role would suit a candidate in a Lead Asbestos Supervisor position who are looking to take a step forward in their career. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will come from a contracts management role within an asbestos removal company.
" Excellent management, leadership, and technical skills.
" Holding the ARCA Contracts Managers ticket would be beneficial to the role.
" Will have excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
" Able to manage time efficiently in line with company and client requirements.
" Will be able to communicate with clients efficiently via phone, email, face to face.
" Good IT skills.

The Role:
" Independently and efficiently managing asbestos removal work across a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Attending site surveys to price and scope new projects.
" Overseeing a large and longstanding team of supervisors and operatives.
" Allocating work to staff efficiently.
" Creating RAMS that are accurate and site specific.
" Providing clients with detailed quotations, ensuring to send to clients in a timely manner.
" Attending site to carry out audits.
" Liaising with clients efficiently to discuss work start up and routine review meetings.
" Submitting ASB5s and HSE notices.
" Involvement in recruitment of operatives.
" Liasing with site supervisors to ensure RAM compliance.
" Carrying out induction and training with new starters.
" Carrying out appraisals and training with existing staff.
" Producing monthly management reports.
" Ensuring to maintain excellent professional relationships with clients, providing support and advice.
