Position: Senior Electrical Supervisor

Location: Borehamwood, WD6 2FX, with services extending across London and Hertfordshire

Job Type: Office-Based Engineer, including occasional testing and site visits. This role is ideal for someone who has direct experience in carrying out electrical testing, EICRs, attending callouts, and is now looking to transition into an office-based role while still keeping their hands on the tools on occasion.

Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee our electrical testing and maintenance projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will guide our team towards successful project completion, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The position is designed for individuals with hands-on field experience in electrical testing and callouts, seeking to leverage their expertise in a supervisory and partially office-based capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage electrical testing and maintenance projects.

* Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence.

* Handle project estimation, quotes, and supervision, ensuring profitability.

* Perform quality assurance and have the final sign-off on all electrical works.

* Collaborate with management on strategic planning and business development.

About You:

* Direct experience in electrical testing, EICRs, and attending callouts.

* Looking to transition into a supervisory, office-based role while retaining some on-site duties.

* Proficient in project estimation and supervision.

* Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition, 2391 Testing & Inspection certification.

* Full, driving licence, willing to cover London and Hertfordshire areas.

* Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
