What You'll Do:

Champion Quality: Provide strategic leadership and ensure the fostering service meets the highest standards (National Minimum Standards, Ofsted regulations).
Empower Your Team: Lead, motivate, and support a team of social workers dedicated to fostering excellence.
Safeguard Children: Champion robust safeguarding practices and ensure prompt responses to referrals and assessments.
Develop Fostering Expertise: Take the lead in recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional foster carers.
Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders.
Drive Growth: Lead the planning and execution of strategies to secure future business and expand the agency.
Inspire Innovation: Create a culture of continuous improvement and empower children to reach their full potential.
Who You Are:

A qualified social worker with SWE registration and extensive fostering experience.
Proven leadership and management skills, ideally within an independent fostering agency.
A strong track record of leading services through Ofsted inspections successfully.
Excellent communication, organisational, and budget management skills.
A commitment to fostering excellence, safeguarding, and professional development.
