The Role: Autism Support Champion

As an Autism Support Champion, you're more than an educator – you're a guiding light, illuminating the path for children with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex care requirements. Under the mentorship of a dedicated class teacher, you'll lead the way both in group settings and through personalized 1-1 interactions. Your unwavering presence and unwavering dedication will be instrumental in nurturing growth and fostering a thriving learning environment.

What You'll Bring:

* Empathy and Passion: Your heart beats with a genuine love for children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
* Resilience: You're a beacon of positivity, equipped to handle challenging behavior with grace and confidence.
* Previous Experience (Essential): you will already worked with children ,working in a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant role.
