On-going Temporary Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fraud Customer Service Advisor to join a successful, and well-established team in Rochester.

Your main purpose will be to investigate and seek resolution to a caseload of complex fraudulent claims.
There will be a mixture of administration and telephone based customer service in this role.
