Site Manager in Romsey - CV-Library

We’re working with a main contractor to recruit a Site Agent in Hampshire. The Site Agent will work on a number of civil engineering and water projects in the Test Valley, valuing up to £5m. The projects will run into 2025 and beyond there is there is plenty of local through their local frameworks.

These multi-faceted projects will include managing subcontractors to deliver reinforced concrete structures, draw pits, rising mains, small earthworks packages, pipework, steel work and MEICA. Throughout construction you will report to a visiting Project Manager

Due to their ongoing work load they are looking for candidates from a civil engineering background with proven experience of managing sub-contractors and being responsible as the number one on site.

Site Agent duties include:

* Writing risk assessments and method statements

* Working with the commercial team to manage change and EWN

* Overall responsibility of health and safety

* Managing design and quality of the project

* Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme
