Job Title: Customer Service / Administrator

Location: Knebworth

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm ( Tuesday 8.30am – 5pm) - Temporary - Perm 

Pay: £24,000 - £25,000 per year

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Manage 4 different inboxes
Answer customer queries via live chat, phone or email
Assisting customers with placing orders
Maintain customer records and ensure customer needs are met
Troubleshot and resolve customer complaints
Processing orders
General admin tasks
Skills Required:

Able to multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment
Work under pressure
Ability to work on your own or in a team
Admin experience
Customer service experience
