Brackmills 

Monday – Friday, 8:30am -17:00 

Hourly Rate: £12.40

We are actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our esteemed client, a reputable car parts business. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of car parts and car care alongside a proven track record in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Customer Calls: Demonstrate proficiency in handling incoming customer calls, providing timely and accurate assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Inquiry Resolution: Proactively engage with customers to resolve inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Query Resolution: Utilise expert problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer queries, fostering positive customer experiences and brand loyalty.
Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment.
-Data Entry: Maintain precise records by accurately inputting customer data and order information into the company database, facilitating streamlined operations and data integrity.

Customer Service Excellence: Possess a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service, with a keen focus on exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships.
Automotive Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of car parts and car care, including familiarity with various automotive components and maintenance practices, enabling informed assistance to customers.
