ROLE: Senior Quantity Survey
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: Circa. £75,000 - £95,000 DOE plus car allowance/company car, opportunity for progression, some home working

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Manage financial and contractual aspects of Company projects, ensuring high-quality quantity surveying duties and maximizing Company's contractual and monetary entitlement. This will be for a £124m housing project.
Responsibilities:
* Uphold SHEQ standards, operating processes, and policies.
* Act professionally to enhance Company reputation.
Pre-contract:
* Assist in tender preparation.
* Analyze tender quotations and report to estimator.
Project Delivery:
* Ensure clear understanding of bid allowances and strategy.
* Collaborate with project team for successful project delivery.
* Provide contractual and valuation advice to management.
Procurement:
* Develop and implement project procurement strategy.
* Chair subcontract interview meetings.
* Negotiate subcontract packages for favorable outcomes.
Main Contract:
* Provide monthly reports to customers.
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Prepare and agree on project valuations and final accounts.
Subcontract:
* Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts.
* Inform Commercial Manager of possible subcontractor claims.
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
* A basic salary of circa £75,000 - £95,000
* Company car allowance of / or choose from an extensive company car list
* 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays
* Some home working
