Job Description
Support and assist qualified staff in assessing, planning, and implementing patient rehabilitation care.
* Deliver Physiotherapy services to residents in collaboration with the Head of Therapies.
* Provide professional leadership in Physiotherapy, adhering to clinical governance principles and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's code of conduct.
* Work as a member of the multidisciplinary Neuro care team.
* Take responsibility for assessing and treating complex neurological conditions through Physiotherapy.
* Develop and evaluate individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, coordinating with relevant agencies.
* Utilize clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to formulate personalized care plans.
* Use standardized and innovative Physiotherapy assessment tools for effective treatment.
* Participate in clinical audits and employ relevant outcome measures for analysis.
* Conduct clinical risk assessments and devise risk management plans.
* Identify and procure specialized equipment for residents with complex physical needs.
* Requirements:
* Degree in Physiotherapy
* Registration with the HCPC
* Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices in Physiotherapy
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and inspection processes
* Demonstrated Continued Professional Development
