Job Title: Part time Pot Washer

Overview:
As a Pot Washer, your main duty is to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen utensils, with a particular focus on pots, pans, and cooking equipment. You play a vital role in upholding sanitary conditions in the kitchen, thereby facilitating efficient food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Washing and sanitising pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen utensils either manually or using industrial dishwashers.
Removing food residue and grease by scraping, pre-soaking, and scrubbing pots and pans.
Operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
Organising and arranging cleaned utensils, ensuring proper storage.
Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks during quieter periods.
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the dishwashing area, including maintaining sinks, countertops, and floors.
Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and practices at all times.
Effectively communicating with kitchen staff to coordinate the flow of dirty and clean utensils.

Monday - Friday
12:00PM-5:00PM.
Own Transport required due to location.
