Our client are an established main contractor who work on education, leisure, healthcare and commercial projects across the North West. They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to join their team overseeing projects in the North West, first one being in Darwen.

Duties include:

* Overseeing projects valued around £2M-7M in value. These will be mostly internal/external refurbishment and small new build schemes.

* Managing client relationships.

* Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.

* Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
