About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students at Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one and group support to students with SEND, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and are able to achieve their full potential.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
Demonstrating excellent use of initiative in supporting the individual needs of students.
Collaborating with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to create personalised learning plans for students.
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.Requirements:

Previous experience working with students with SEND is essential.
A good sense of humour and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Excellent use of initiative in adapting support strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
