About the Role:

As a KS3 & KS4 Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students within our vibrant schools in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilising your SEND experience to assist students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary support to thrive academically and socially.
Employing effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment and foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Demonstrating a good sense of humour and a supportive attitude towards both students and colleagues, creating a welcoming and nurturing atmosphere within the classroom.
Showing excellent use of initiative to adapt your support methods to suit individual students' needs and learning styles, promoting their engagement and progress.
Collaborating closely with the SENCo and dedicated consultant to implement personalised learning plans and provide ongoing feedback and insights.What We Offer:
