Job Title: KS3 & KS4 Learning Support Assistants (LSA)

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to KS3 and KS4 students with SEND.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
Demonstrate excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs.
Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence.
