ATM- MASH- Non Caseholding

NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the South of England who are looking for an Assistant Team manager to join their MASH team.

This is a Non Caseholding role giving you a balanced work load leading to improved Job satisfaction and a better work life balance

Responsibilities:

Oversee the MASH social workers and navigators from the multi-agency network, to ensure full analysis of concerns and strengths are informing the level of decision making which could be for a strategy discussion, single assessment, targeted early help, or again advice and guidance.
