Job Title: SEN Teacher / Teacher with SEN Experience

Location: Epping, Harlow, Loughton, Chigwell

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking qualified teachers with QTS and a background in supporting students with diverse learning needs to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support in 3-hour blocks to students struggling to access the full curriculum in a classroom environment.
Deliver 1:1 sessions with students in their homes or neutral settings such as community libraries.
Commit to provided timetables to ensure consistency for students, with blocks ranging from 4 weeks to termly based on complexity of need.
Work with students for no more than 15 hours per week.
Utilize excellent communication strategies with students and the organization.
Offer subject specialisms in both primary and secondary education.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
Experience working with SEND students.
Flexibility for shorter workdays.
Excellent communication skills.
