Job Opportunity: SEN Teachers/Teachers with SEN Experience 🌟

Location: Epping, Harlow, Loughton, Chigwell

Are you a passionate educator with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Join our team in making a real difference in the lives of children who struggle to access the full curriculum in a traditional classroom setting.

Responsibilities:

Work in 3-hour blocks providing 1:1 support to children with SEND.
Offer support in homes or neutral settings like community libraries.
Tailor teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Commit to provided timetables for consistency.
Provide support for 4 weeks to termly, based on the complexity of needs.
Ensure children work no more than 15 hours per week.
Specialize in core subjects for both primary and secondary levels.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience with SEND.
Exceptional communication skills with students and the organization.
Ability to adapt to individual learning styles.
