Role Overview:

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Responsibilities: Working in 3-hour blocks, providing 1:1 support to children who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom setting.
Location: Delivering sessions in students' homes or neutral settings like community libraries.
Duration: Blocks of work can range from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of the students' needs.
Commitment: Ability to adhere to provided timetables, ensuring consistency for students.
Hours: Children work no more than 15 hours per week.
Specialisms: Positions available for both Primary and Secondary teachers with core subject expertise.
Communication: Proficient in communication strategies with students and the organization.
Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of shorter days while making a significant impact.
