Job Description

Headley have a live vacancy with an SME Manufacturing company in Kirklees. They have a vacancy for an experienced Administration / Project Assistant.

The company are a bespoke manufacturer and installer of exciting and interesting products, working on projects that inspire across the UK and internationally.

This position is a key resource for the business and a critical link between teams in projects, manufacturing, installation, as well as dealing with suppliers and 3rd party companies.

The role is varied and will be different from project to project, but to include:

* Running and maintaining signing in and out systems.

* Booking hotel and flights for projects.

* Assisting in ordering and processing Purchase Orders.

* Answering the phone and forwarding messages.

* Assisting with scheduling for projects and meetings.

* Taking meeting minutes.

* Filing of paperwork.

* Managing office supplies.

This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the job will change from day to day.

We are seeking candidates who have worked in administrative roles with manufacturing, construction or similar industries. Experience of co-ordinating projects is ideal, but general administrative experience in similar working environment is also interesting.

To be successful in this job, you must be a string communicator, efficient and reliable. It’s a full time, permanent job.
