QA- Cambridgeshire 

Monday- Friday (8 hour shift)

£29,500- £30,000

As a QA, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing impeccable standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with production, operations, and R&D teams to ensure the highest levels of excellence in all products. Your responsibilities will include:

✓ Conducting rigorous inspections and quality checks throughout the food production process ✓ Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols ✓ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues promptly ✓ Analysing data and providing actionable insights to optimise product quality ✓ Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and ensuring compliance at all times ✓ Conducting thorough audits of suppliers and third-party vendors ✓ Supporting with investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions

Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you should/could possess:

✓ A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (only beneficial, not essential) ✓ Proven experience in food or drinks quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment ✓ Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., BRC, HACCP) ✓ Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail ✓ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities ✓ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
