Salary: £20-£22 per hour

Contract: Full-time (24, 36, or 48 hours per week)

Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar care setting is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
