About the role:

Our Training manager will take charge of improving the training function within our Prem installation Team. Collaborate with Key stakeholders to boost performance and ensure continuous improvement. Your main goal should always be to streamline processes and set up a robust system for our success. 

Working as a team is our secret to success, which is why we are expected to be in the office from Monday to Friday. Being together helps us collaborate seamlessly, engage in ongoing discussions, unleash our creativity, provide top-notch support and ultimately boost our motivation and performance. Occasionally, travel may be required as part of this role.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Design and implement ongoing training programmes for Gas and Electrical crews

• Manage apprenticeship programme’s

• Drive and achieve recruitment targets

• Manage onboarding plans for new starters

• Responsible for all training documentation, including risk assessment and method statements

• Manage electric recruitment and retention

• Develop and implement eLearning platforms

• Building manufacturer relationships

• Wider business support and development – contact centre training etc

• Manage a team of Tech Trainers

• Manage the 6-weekly meeting, supporting Engineer interaction providing business updates

• On the road training plan and support

• Refresher training – build and manage Length of service training programme

• Organise and management of annual training days

A Few Things About You:

Excellent Gas Industry knowledge

Excellent communication and present skills

Strong operational knowledge

Excellent IT skills using Microsoft 365 systems

Be able to build strong relationships

Attention to detail
