Complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting.
Install and repair a variety of fixtures, fittings, and household components.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong joinery skills as a foundation. - Time served or NVQ / City and Guilds
Demonstrable proficiency in plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering etc
