Position Overview:
My Client is currently seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join their team in Selsey. The Practice Nurse will play a vital role in delivering primary healthcare services, working closely with patients to promote health and wellbeing and providing support to the wider clinical team.

Responsibilities:

Conducting clinical assessments and health screenings, including vaccinations, smears, and chronic disease management.
Administering treatments and medications as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Assisting with minor surgical procedures and wound care management.
Providing health education and advice to patients on lifestyle changes, disease prevention, and management.
Supporting the management of long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care and effective communication.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse or in a similar primary care setting.
Competency in clinical skills such as venepuncture, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
