Position Overview:
My Client is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Hemel Hempstead. The Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, offering advanced nursing care and clinical expertise to patients in various settings.

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practice.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies.
Prescribing medications and treatments within scope of practice and in accordance with established protocols.
Providing patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license with advanced practice certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Fully qualified prescriber (v300)
Master's degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
Proven experience working as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care or a similar setting.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
