8.30/9am-5pm

Possible Hybrid Working (1 day working from home)

Key Responsibilities:

Respond and manage customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer accounts using the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with various departments within the organisation to ensure smooth running of the customer service team.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the operation of the customer service department.
Taking messages for the Customer Service teamRequirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well within a team.This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible for 3 months but could be extended.
