This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst who specialises in Oracle HCM Cloud to join a company leading the way in telecommunications. This role needs to be filled immediately and is a 6-month contract position (Inside IR35).

This company is highly respected in their industry as a leader, offering telecoms services throughout Europe. The company continues to grow, this position has become available and a necessity to the success of this department.

In this varied role you will oversee the end-to-end HR systems and data requirements, through the design of data systems within Oracle HCM Cloud. You will work cohesively with the programme management team to organise a detailed analysis of new proposals against older designs. Through the analysis of these changes, you will provide detailed data reports to inform senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with have a proven track record in managing the data and systems of a large company. You will also be able to present your findings to senior stake holders in a clear and definitive manner to ensure no discrepancies in information provided. Although not required the ideal will be capable with Orgvue.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst, looking for an immediate start to join a market leading telecoms business on a 6-month contract.

- Data and HR System analysis

The Person:
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Data and system management experience
- Proven track record presenting to Senior Stakeholders
- Desirable to know Orgvue
