Paralegal Fraud - Hybrid in Seacombe - CV-Library

My client is a growing law firm based in the city centre of Liverpool are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our team due to continued business growth.

We are looking for a diligent, confident, self-motivated and experienced person to fill the role of fraud Paralegal within Financial Mis-Selling working on a Hybrid basis.

Duties will include but not limited too

* Draft standard forms and documents.

* Prep briefs to counsel.

* Correspond with the court, barrister & clients

* Filing, billing, and departmental admin.

* Preparing legal documents

* Providing quotes to clients

* Interviewing clients and witnesses

* Giving clients legal information

* Supporting a team of Fee earners

Experience required

* Administrative experience, Ideally worked within in a legal environment

* Work experience through shadowing

* Internship at a law firm

* Advanced apprenticeship in legal services

* Bank Claims/Scams

* Excellent communication, both written and verb

* Strong attention to detail

* The ability to work well under pressure and stick to tight deadlines

* Ability to multitask as you may be managing multiple cases / tasks at once

* Good administration skills – typing, filing, letter writing etc

* Strong interest in law with a desire to develop your understanding of the legal system

* The ability to work well independently, as part of a team and with other departments

* Knowledge/experience of legal database certifications
