YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A SOUS CHEF/HEAD CHEF
Fresh-food experience 
Experience managing teams, stocks and health & safety 
Communicate effectively at all levels
Planning and organising skills
Excellent attention to detail and standards
Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
Excellent commercial skills Sous Chef - Responsibilities

Dealing with fresh-food
Working collaboratively alongside the Head Chef
Motivating, coaching and developing the team
Managing stock, shifts and hygiene 
Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
Ensuring high food quality is maintained
Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control  About Us
