Main Role Duties

* The centre’s compliance in safeguarding of clients and management of Incidents.

* Maintaining the centre’s compliance and quality in all areas.

* Contribute to the design, quality and maintenance of the therapeutic recovery programme and service delivery.

* Ensuring the application of a wide range of therapeutic interventions

* Compile and monitor data to produce timely reports and maintain accurate records.

Your remit will include overseeing the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering an environment that promotes holistic well-being. Person Specification

* Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 or

* equivalent.

* Holds experience of developing a range of therapeutic interventions and delivering group work & one-to-one interventions within a substance misuse setting.

* Has experience of overseeing the operations of a centre.

* Is proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook and other required software programs.

* Has the ability to manage delegated financial budgets

* Is able to effectively manage the performance of a team and the professional development of a diverse group of employees and volunteers.

* Can successfully manage challenging behavior.

* Holds the ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the role.
