4.Career Progression: As a sheet metal worker/fabricator welder here, you'll have opportunities to grow and advance within the organization.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Fabrication Experience: Ideally, you've worked on light to medium fabrications, handling materials with wall thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm. Your familiarity with standard fabrication machinery and tools is essential.
Engineering Drawing Skills: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings should be second nature to you. Whether it's stainless steel or similar materials, you'll excel in translating designs into reality.
Attention to Detail: We take pride in our workmanship. Your keen eye for detail ensures that every task meets the highest standards.Desirable Qualifications (but not essential):

Apprenticeship Training: If you're an apprentice-trained sheet metal worker, that's fantastic! However, we value experience and skills equally.
TIG/MIG Welding: Your welding prowess matters. High-quality TIG and MIG welding experience will set you apart.
Materials Expertise: Whether it's stainless steel, carbon, or aluminium, your versatility in working with different materials is crucial.Perks and Benefits:

Flexible Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays until2:00 PM.

£30,000 - £35,000 Experience depending
