Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Location: Dublin

Company Overview: Are you a senior town planner looking for a change or a planner looking to take that step up? - I am currently working with a leading planning consultancy who are looking for a senior town planner to join their team in Dublin on a hybrid basis and would love you to join them!

Job Description: As a Senior Town Planner, you'll lead projects, working with clients and teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions. You'll analyse data, advise on planning matters, and prepare reports and applications across all development projects including energy, infrastructure, retail, residential, commercial and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
·Conduct research and analysis to inform planning strategies.
·Prepare and present reports and planning applications.
·Engage with communities and stakeholders.
·Stay updated on planning legislation and best practices.
·Mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications and Experience:
·Degree in Town Planning or related RTPI accredited field.
·Proven experience in town planning (minimum 5 years).
·Strong understanding of Irish planning legislation.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Leadership abilities and teamwork skills.
