Summary of Role:

Brook Street are recruiting for a Systems Support position, to join a fantastic organisation on a full time, temporary basis. You will be working from their Cardiff Office and from home. This role is for approximately 4 weeks.

The successful candidate will:

Provide first-line technical support
Assist with applications developed on he Microsoft Power Platform
Respond and resolve/escalate support queries
Offer user support for IT systems, troubleshooting problems, and providing advice on next steps.Skills
