SALES MANAGER / ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Walton on Thames, KT12

Salary: OTE £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time 

If you already have an excellent record for selling property and have previous Listing experience, this is an outstanding opportunity to work for one of the leading and most successful independent estate agents in the Surrey area.

The company are currently seeking a great Estate Agent at either Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager level for their busy, market leading Walton on Thames offices with a negotiable salary to fit the role and experience level.

Previous Estate Agency experience is essential, and some knowledge of the local area would be very helpful. The ability to win new business and list instructions for the right price at the right fee is one of the company’s main requirements!

You will need to be well-spoken, well-presented, articulate, enthusiastic and charismatic; you will be able to sell yourself, your company and the services that they offer; and you will need to be a great team player!

Skills: The skills required for either Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager role will include:

Experienced residential estate agent
Listing / Valuations experience essential
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the Walton on Thames area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car essential
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
