Project Delivery Engineer (M365)

Hybrid role – 80% Home based/ 20% Office

Farnborough, Hampshire

Up to £45k per annum

Our client, a leading Hampshire based MSP , are looking for an experienced IT support individual to deliver customer/end user facing projects. Due to growth, our client has a strong pipeline from newly onboarded customers and this is heavily loaded towards

Microsoft 365 deployments, SharePoint, OneDrive and Mailbox migrations and hardware roll outs.

As the Project Delivery Engineer you will work closely with the Architecture Team and work tostrategically provide key customer support to both external and internal stakeholders.

Tasks

* Work with Architects and Project Managers to deliver onboarding project tasks on time and on budget to a high standard

* Some project delivery tasks may require visits to regional sites across the country

* Co-ordinate, liaise and assist/train users at the point of migration to minimise the impact of change

* It may be necessary for the individual to provide backfill for our onsite desktop team, at a site in London, during quiet periods on projects

Qualifications and requirements

Essential

* Experience of working on projects to deadlines

* Experience of migrations and roll outs to customers of a few end users to 1000+ users

* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365/Azure components and migrations to include Mailbox, SharePoint, and OneDrive migrations

* Experience in the use of Intune, Autopilot experience an advantage, for device management

* Knowledge/Experience of SCCM for application deployments, patching and upgrades would be an advantage but is not essential

* A thorough understanding of the ITIL processes and the ability to apply within the area of expertise

* Knowledge/Experience of ISO 9001 and 27001

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
