Industrial Branch Manager-Recruitment in Birmingham - CV-Library

I am representing my client which is a recruitment agency for their new branch based in Birmingham. They operate in the Industrial, driving.and Commercial sectors
The branch in Birmingham has recently opened and has got off to a flying start,but they need either an experienced recruitment consultant ready for the next step into managing your own team or an experienced Branch manager seeking a fresh challenge. The ideal candidate will :
* Be able to drive the branch forward by leading from the front in terms of new business development and building and managing the team.
* Will have a minimum 2 years' experience of operating in the recruitment industry, strong on sales and keen to develop management skills further.
* You will have a distinct advantage if you have a proven track record of operating in the Industrial, transport & logistics sector and have a strong knowledge of the recruitment market in the Birmingham area..
* You will be responsible for driving the branch forward in terms of sales on both the temp and perm revenue stream, by delivering a quality service to both candidates and clients alike.
