Located in the heart of Birmingham, near the Cathedral, the office fosters creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. With 18 working Directors and Associate Directors who are actively involved in project design and mentorship, you'll have unparalleled opportunities to learn from industry leaders.
You will work a minimum of 3 days in the office, and have flexi-time starting from 7.30am to 9am and finishing at 4.30pm to 6pm depending on your preferences
Are you the right person for the job?
A minimum of 8 to10 years' experience in structural engineering
A Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
Chartered status or nearing Chartered status
Previous experience working with Consulting Engineers of similar or larger scale
Proven expertise in designing projects across various sectors
What will your role look like?
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing schemes ranging from £5m to £40m, utilising your expertise in structural steel, reinforced concrete, load-bearing masonry, and timber. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions
Mentoring junior staff and providing technical guidance
Engaging with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic firm
