Job Title: Site Operative
Hours: Monday-Friday working anywhere in the UK
Main Purpose of Job:
As a Site Operative, your primary responsibility is to represent the company in a professional manner at various construction sites. You will utilize tools, vehicles, and equipment in accordance with provided instructions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Main Duties:
Receive and follow instructions from office staff as required.
Safely travel to construction sites, typically arriving at 8:00 am.
Attend site inductions as necessary.
Operate power and hand tools proficiently as trained.
Read and interpret instructions, drawings, and sketches for tasks.
Perform drilling, fixing, cutting, sealing, and other assigned tasks accurately.
Work across various locations in the UK, including potential overnight stays during the working week.
Complete all paperwork diligently, including recording site activities and conditions.
Qualifications:
* Proficient manual skills and driving abilities.
Company Will Provide/Arrange:
* CSCS accreditation.
* IPAF certification for operating mobile platforms.
* NVQ Level 2 in Liquid Plastics Application.
* Training in working at height.
* Training in abrasive wheels.
Previous Experience:
Roofing experience (desirable)

Remuneration Package:
Basic wage of £12.00 per hour for a standard 40-hour week.
Monthly KPI bonus of £300.
Travel hours compensated at £12.00 per hour.
£10.00 per month mobile phone allowance, or £5.00 per day
Lodge away allowance of £15.00 per night for working away from home.
22 days of holiday entitlement, increasing to 25 days after three years of service.
