Production Operative

Our Client are a leading manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcing products and services. Due to the business growth they are looking for a number of Manufacturing Operatives to join their expanding team.

Production Operative - Main duties are as follows:

* You will be working in a busy reinforcement fabrication and prefabrication facility in Woodville.

* Operating fabrication machines and prefabrication machines (training is provided).

* Operating overhead cranes and pendant cranes.

* Operating steel threading machines, cutting and bending steel.

Production Operative - Additional details:

* Shifts are 07:00am-05:00pm Monday to Friday + overtime available regularly.

* Further development opportunities with pay grading structure depending on experience. Suitable candidates will be offered MIG welding training.

* Long-term work with permanent roles after 12 weeks.

* Vacancies are available across a number of departments.

Production Operative - Benefits:

* Shifts are 07:00am-0500pm Monday to Friday + overtime available regularly.

* Pay rates increase over a 12-week period:

* £12.50 p/h 1-5 weeks

* £13.25 p/h 6-9 weeks

* £14.00 p/h 10-12 weeks

* £15.00 p/h once permanent after 12 weeks

* Overtime paid at 1.25x (Mon-Fri) and 1.5x rate (Sat)

* Overtime is available
