Creative Artwork Lead - £40,000 - £42,000

We are hiring a newly created Artworker role for our client, a leading fashion and accessory manufacturer for eye-catching, innovative brands, to join their incredibly talented Creative Team.  You will lead a team of artworkers to professionally produce high-quality artwork that aligns with brand identities and storytelling across multiple mediums, including clothing, packaging, sales assets, POS, product imagery, and marketing assets.

You will lead the creation of marketing assets, animations and live videos, still photography.  

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and driven art worker from an agency or in-house design team who is looking to step up in their career, move away from a London commute, or a talented art worker looking to work with dynamic and vibrant brand identities & wants to work on more creative projects.   

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into print-ready artwork.

Oversee the creation of packaging designs focusing on brand identity, finishes & physical structure to enhance customer experience. 

Develop captivating fashion designs that elevate brand image on the stage, reflecting current trends.

Direct the production of printed graphics.

Maintain high standards of product imagery.

Skills you need:

Proven experience in artwork production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Exceptional attention to detail following brand guidelines - there is no room for error!

Knowledge of print processes and Production techniques.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects - agency experience would be beneficial.
