Job Title: Bid and Content Writer

Location: Remote working with regular travel to Durham

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

HW Martin (Traffic Management) Limited is looking for a passionate Bid and Content Writer to join our successful Work Winning, Marketing and Communications team. This opportunity will appeal to those with a passion for persuasive writing across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

You will play a crucial role in our business, working collaboratively with our team to create compelling content and value propositions to our clients and customers, whilst ensuring clear communication channels across a wide range of internal stakeholders.

You will have excellent attention to detail, an eye for presentation and design, and the ability to adapt your writing style to a variety of target audiences. Strong organisational and time-management skills are a must in our fast-paced environment.

Specific Requirements

* To collaborate with the Work Winning team in the production of compelling quality submissions for tender opportunities

* To collaborate with local teams across the UK to document project operations within case studies

* To support the production of internal communications such as newsletters, company announcements, and workforce engagement initiatives

* To support the production of external communications such as web updates, social media, client presentations, and marketing events

* To lead on the design of brand assets and documentation

* To provide business development support through collaboration with the wider HW Martin team

Skills and Education

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject such as English, Marketing, Communications or similar

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign or similar

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience

* A minimum of 1 year experience within a similar writing role
