Project Manager Construction in Ipswich - CV-Library

CBCR is working exclusively with a local building contractor to find a Project Manager for their Small Works Department which is in a growth phase.

The role is to manage multiple projects, predominantly in the education and healthcare sectors, for private and public sector clients, ranging from £50k to c.£1m. You will have responsibility for the day to day running of sites with some programming, planning, progress reports, client liaison and commercial duties, working with a QS to successfully deliver these projects.

The skills required for this role include experience of Site Management, the ability to fulfil the office and site-based requirements of the role, excellent communication and people skills and provide a face-to-face point of contact for clients.

Flexibility is key to this role as, being a small team, the duties can be varied. Your skills of multitasking and prioritising will be crucial to managing the projects effectively and communicating this to the team.

If you have experience in managing construction projects, the ability to deliver multiple sites, maintaining quality, and excellent communication skills, this could be your next role.
