Technical Consultant - Connectwise in Cheltenham - CV-Library

Our client is looking for a Connectwise SME to support them with reviewing their current set up and configure for optimisation. Must have a good working knowledge of Manage and Automate.
  
Essential Skills and Experience:
  
- Demonstrable experience with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate.
- Proven track record in technical consultancy within IT service management environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a flair for identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setting.
  
Responsibilities:
  
- Deliver expert consultancy on ConnectWise platforms, ensuring optimal configuration and usage.
- Analyse and refine IT service management processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet client-specific needs.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices to support client teams.
