About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations from production departments. Your primary responsibilities will include

Production - ensuring the production output, productivity, and profitability align with strategic objectives.
Operations – a robust oversight on all site operations
Supply Chain – overseeing costings and management of all supply chain and logistics
People Management – effective collaboration, people management will be crucial – setting goals, conducting appraisals and leading the team to achieve its full potential
Outcome - ensuring delivery of high-quality products on-time and on-budget.
Salary and benefits – dependent on experience
